John joined D.A. Davidson in February of 2016, opening the office for the company in downtown Vancouver, WA. For over 25 years as an investment professional he has focused on supporting his diverse client base of individuals, multigenerational families, charitable entities, and non-profit organizations with a personal approach rooted in education and communication. He holds the CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ certification with the College for Financial Planning.
John earned a bachelor’s degree in International Relations and Japanese studies from Bucknell University, Lewisburg, PA (1991) and a Certification of Completion from Waseda University in Tokyo, Japan (1991).
Since 2003 John has lived in the Vancouver area with his wife Kristy and two children – Charlie and Piper. John has been active in his community and over the last 20 years he has served on the Board and committees of numerous local and national non-profit organizations. Additionally, he has provided support to local events through corporate sponsorships. He is a graduate of Leadership Clark County, Class of 2007
